About BookingSprint. There's no call centre. There's me.

From the founder

There's no call centre. There's me.

BookingSprint isn't a 200-person SaaS company. It's a tool I built and run myself, in Australia, for busy Australian tradies. When you email support, you're emailing me. When something breaks, I fix it that day. When you have an idea, it's in front of the person who can build it.

I want this to be the last booking tool you ever set up. So I built it carefully. And I'll keep building it for as long as it's useful to you.

Why tradies

Tradies are underserviced in the software industry. They keep Australia running. Plumbers fix your burst pipes at midnight. Electricians wire your house and show up when the power goes out. HVAC techs keep your air flowing. Locksmiths get you back inside when you're locked out. But the tools they get are either enterprise software designed for companies with 50 employees, or generic booking apps that don't understand their work.

I felt my efforts would be best spent building software for that demographic. Not another CRM for SaaS companies. Not another project management tool for startups. Something for the people who actually keep the country functioning.

There are dozens of trades that lose work to missed calls. Plumbers, electricians, HVAC, locksmiths, garage door techs, appliance repair, pest control, handymen — the lot. But a tool that tries to work for everyone works well for no one. So I started deep with electricians to get the fundamentals right — an AI that knows a switchboard upgrade from a smoke alarm install, a booking page that asks the right questions, SMS that sounds like a real sparky wrote it, not a marketing team. Now that those fundamentals are locked in, I'm opening it up to the other trades who need it most.

What BookingSprint does

You're on a job, hands full, phone ringing in your pocket. You can't answer it. The customer hangs up, Googles the next tradie, and books them instead. You never even knew they called.

BookingSprint fixes that. The second a call goes to voicemail, we text your customer a link to your booking page. They pick a time, the AI chat assistant helps them through it, and the job lands on your Google Calendar. You get a text to approve or decline. One tap. Done.

No app to install. No new calendar to learn. No call centre answering on your behalf. Just your phone, your calendar, and a system that makes sure no customer goes unanswered.

How support works

There's no ticket system. No chatbot asking you to describe your issue in 50 words. You email [email protected] and I reply. Usually the same day.

If something is broken, I fix it. If you have a feature request, I'll tell you honestly whether it's coming, and roughly when. You're not talking to someone who has to "escalate it to the team". You're talking to the person who writes the code.

What I'm building next

Right now I'm building call transcription. When you answer a customer's call, BookingSprint will listen in, transcribe the conversation in real time, pull out the job details, and drop the booking on your calendar automatically. You hang up and the job is already there waiting for your approval. No typing, no notes, no forgetting what the customer said.

After that: follow-up sequences for customers who don't reply. Then review requests after a job is done. The goal is simple. BookingSprint handles the admin so you can stay on the tools.
