When a call goes unanswered, it forwards to BookingSprint, which instantly texts the caller a link to your booking page so they book you instead of calling someone else. It's a text chat built into your booking page. If a customer has questions about your services, it answers using the information you've set up in settings. It also helps collect job details and guide them through booking.
By default, no. You receive an SMS with all the details and reply Y to confirm or N to decline. There is an auto-confirm option in settings, but we recommend manual confirmation when starting out.
Yes. It connects to Google Calendar with a two-way sync. Your existing events are used to show accurate availability, and confirmed bookings are added automatically.
