I started Marlin Plumbing in 2014 because I was sick of hearing the same story from my customers. Plumber didn't show. Plumber doubled the quote on the day. Plumber left a mess and didn't pick up the phone the next morning. That isn't how a trade should work, and it's not how we work.
Here's what we promise. We answer the phone. We turn up when we say. We quote upfront, in writing, before any work starts. There are no hourly meters running while we look for parts. Every job is done by a licensed plumber, signed off, and warrantied for life on the workmanship.
If we don't fix it, you don't pay. That's the whole deal. We've kept it for over a decade and we're not changing it now.
